Open plan living & Loft spaces

I've always dreamed of living in a New York loft space, perhaps somewhere in the Meatpacking district or somewhere quintessentially Manhattan. Having said that, East London is packed with cool loft style apartments too. I love the idea of high ceilings, exposed brickwork, large windows with the sunlight pouring in... or an old industrial warehouse which has an element of rawness to it.
