Don't you just love how a dash of lemon be it a soft pastel or citrus neon, makes a room so much more colourful and fresh? A particular favourite combo of mine is grey with pops of lemon.

Slinky sinks

First of all, we've got to congratulate Eddie Ross on his magnificent triumph over at Apartment Therapy's Big Window Challenge for Bloomingdales. Well done & Rock on! What he did for his window was amazing! See here for more details/pics.

Next up, I'm not really kitchen kinda person, but having moved on up to being a much more domestic goddess, i've found that i've spent a lot more time in the kitchen...well kitchen sink actually. Not a current owner of a dishwasher, i'm quite lucky to have a double sink. Mines pretty ordinary and sits well with how the kitchens been designed. Had I had the opportunity to re-design the kitchen or bathroom i'd definitely be more up for a mixing textures and adding more va va voom in the design department. I saw these stunning sinks over at Native Trails. Brushed nickel kinda adds the cool factor no?

Tickling our tastebuds right now are sexy sexy rooms! We're in love with all things high gloss, sensual fabrics, bold licks of monochrome, ornate baroque and metallic. This is luxe living.

What's new & What's hot this month!

Holy macaroni, it has been a while! Last month a break away for team Epiplo Aris meant keeping an eagle eye out on all things fabulous and stylish.

High on our list of things we're loving is super hot US company Kohler are simply the best when it comes to bathrooms and kitchen products and design. Seriously, there is something for everyone taste-wise, they definitely have that special design touch as we want everything. Sadly there just isn't enough room, however here are just some of our favourite things:

We came across a little Austrian label called Viteo who create seriously stylish outdoor furniture. It might be September, but summer isn't quite over yet, so lounge outside while the sun still shines with our fave pieces from Viteo; Summer swing and summer hammock.
